1. Orders & Products
Simply browse our collections on www.mesrara.com , select the products you wish to purchase, choose your size, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process by providing your shipping and payment information. Please double-check your order details before confirming, as we prepare all orders carefully for processing.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once your order has been confirmed and prepared for shipping, changes are no longer possible. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need assistance, and we will do our best to help.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in terms of color, size, and design, but please note that screen displays may vary, and minor differences may occur.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We work exclusively with Quiqup Delivery LLC for national deliveries within the UAE, and with DHL Express for international shipments. This ensures reliability, tracking, and timely updates for all orders.
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. International deliveries vary between 5-15 business days, depending on customs clearance, local carrier handling, and other factors beyond our control.
Yes! Both Quiqup and DHL provide tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and local governmental charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
3. Payments
We accept payments via Stripe for both UAE and international orders. Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) exclusively within the UAE via Quiqup Delivery.
Absolutely. All online transactions are processed securely through Stripe, which uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
4. Exchanges & Returns
Mesrara operates an Exchange-Only Policy. Refunds are not offered for non-defective items. Exchanges are accepted if items are unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and submitted within the allowed timeframe.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. Each exchange is subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

5. Product Care & Sizing
